A Note from Natalia: The following information indicates the workshops and training which is usually available, however I am currently taking some time out to settle into married life, and prepare for the arrival of our new baby! It is my intention to recommence breathwork training in due course, perhaps in the UK or even the USA. Also - for your interest in 2008 the UK hosts the Global Inspiration Conference for the first time - the biggest international breathwork conference in the World. I am the main organiser of this event and will be looking for enthusiastic volunteers, and people who are interested to attend this event which promotes breathwork techniques and trainers from all around the world - call me for more information.
Self-Mastery One

In addition to a daily breathwork session, we integrate personal experiences through art therapy, and free form dance and movement. Each day starts with a meditation practice.
Some participants have left this training knowing what they want to achieve for the first time in their lives! A few have gone on to train as breathwork practitioners after attending this course. SM1 is module 1 of the Breathwork Training Programme a year-long intensive practitioner training in breathwork.

Self-Mastery Two (Intermediate)
This seven-day residential is held at Bellenau Chateau, Normandy, France. It is an opportunity to take Rebirthing breathwork to a deeper level of awareness. It is recommended that to gain maximum value from the training you have undertaken a series of private breathwork sessions prior to attending. The focus of the training is to move towards an understanding of what is required to support as a practioner in a breathwork session. Personal process is a major part of the journey and issues relating to self-esteem; negative self-belief; birth and infancy; emotional release; prosperity; sexuality; family patterns and spiritual purification are explored experientially and theoretically. The course is attended by:
- Individuals seeking personal development at a deep level
- People with some breathwork experience
- Students in the Breathwork Training Programme (see below)

Hot Tub Weekend
People who have had a few 'dry' rebirthing breathwork sessions often move towards trying a breathe in the hot tub. It is the original form of Rebirthing breathwork as evolved by Leonard Orr in the late 1970's and is well-known for healing birth trauma experiences. We take a maximum of six people in the group so please book early to avoid disappointment.

Vocational Training
BREATHWORK TRAINING PROGRAMMEThe Breathwork Training Programme (BTP) is a highly skilled practitioner course, 30 days in duration, which can be taken as separate modules with no obligation to continue, or as a complete training over the course of a year. It explores the transformational nature of conscious connected breathing, and how this dynamic self-healing tool can lead to Self-Mastery. Issues such as family patterns & relationships; negative thoughts & self-image; sexuality; career & ambition; wealth & prosperity; communication & self-expression, physical, mental and spiritual health can all be addressed effortlessly through the conscious use of breath. Participants benefit from the valuable opportunity to focus on their personal process, and gain insight and resolution on issues that have been sabotaging their success in life. The training supports participants who wish to establish a private practice in this fast evolving and exciting area of complementary healthcare. The course includes the following modules:
