ONE-TO-ONE BREATH SESSIONS
The deep emotional safety which we offer is available on a one-to-one basis through a course of private sessions. Clients come for this work for a wide-range of reasons. Some are motivated by a desire to move on in their lives and are looking for direction and inspiration. Others wish to resolve specific issues or addictions that are keeping them stuck. Some are simply intrigued at the power and effectivity of delving into the inner world with a safe guide. The initial consultation is free, with no commitment to continue. After that we recommend a series of 5-10 consecutive sessions, during which you will learn essential life-skills to support your on-going growth and well-being.

PRIVATE INTENSIVE RETREATS
Private intensive retreats are suitable for those who wish to journey intensively with one-to-one support, usually to clear a specific block or issue. Clients travel great distances just to create a focused powerful space for self-reflection. The intensive includes time for integration and is deeper dive than the single session approach. Intensive residential retreats are customised to respond to your individual requirements and last between 24-48 hours. They are available for individuals or couples and involve Gestalt-style dialogue based enquiry, breathwork practice and process work in the natural environment. HOT & COLD WATER BREATH SESSIONS
Water breathwork sessions are available on a one-to-one or group basis. These dynamic and effective practices are suitable for those with previous experience of conscious breathing. The hot tub is associated with surfacing and integrating womb, birth and early infancy experience. Cold water breathwork has supported clients with a range of circumstances including stepping beyond self-limiting beliefs, negative thinking and issues around death and dying. This process can encourages individuals to step into full power and creative capability. All water breathwork sessions are undertaken with a rigorous focus on safety and well-being.

ONLINE BREATH/DIALOGUE SESSIONS
We all have times where support is wanted, but our schedules and responsibilities do not open up time for a retreat. For this reason, we have created breath-based dialoging, which can be accessed from anywhere in the World. Through Zoom video conferencing we meet you where you are. Breath-based dialogue sessions are of varying lengths and are tailored to respond to your needs. The sessions incorporate a range of mind and body-based process's to support your integration and self-awareness. Clients feel increased focus and self-confidence after a breath dialogue session. This is a simple way to identify and clear personal challenges that are holding you back. Sometimes, all we need is the right kind of support to make that move forwards. All session work is totally confidential and geared towards bringing you closer to the life you want to lead.
