Articles and Additional Information
Conscious breathwork is a vast area and many useful books and articles have been written on the subject, although it is not always easy to access them. As I have spent many hours on the Internet trying to find out more about the breath and other breathwork practices I became aware that there are few sites representing breathwork in general. As a result I have set-up this section as a resource for breathworkers and those interested in finding out more about conscious breathwork practices. If you have written articles or conducted research into any of the broad range of breathwork practices such as: Kriya Yoga, Pranayama, Holotropic breathwork developed by Stan Grof, Rebirthing established by Leonard Orr, Vivation, Transformational Breathwork developed by Judith Kravitz, Continuum Breath, Buteyko or any other breathwork practice not named here, please feel free to submit a copy to this site and I shall endeavour to include it in this section. Copyright is maintained by the named author of the article.
In the interim while this is developing, I have compiled a book list which serves as a useful introduction to the various breathwork practices. Once again if you have suggestions for this list, send me an e-mail.
